How to Apply

Application Processing Time Frame

• PTBC will acknowledge receipt of your application within 30 days.
• Due to the large volume of applications, staff is unable to confirm application receipt and status prior to acknowledgment of your application.
• Once all deficiencies in your application are satisfied and your scores are received, a license is generally issued within 45 days.

• Refugees, Asylees, and Holders of Special Immigrant Visas
• Military
