US-Educated PT/PTA Applicant — Endorsement

Process Map

Step 1

Register for the CAL–JAM through the Federation. The Federation will issue you an Authorization to Test (ATT) letter via email within 5 days. Schedule date and Prometric location. Take CAL–JAM exam.

Step 2

Prepare application materials and submit online application to PTBC through BreEZe.

Step 3

PTBC acknowledges receipt of application via your BreEZe account within 30 days of application and fees being submitted.

Step 4

PTBC evaluates application and notifies you of status via email and your BreEZe account.

Step 5

Fulfill PTBC application deficiencies, if any. When you take the CAL–JAM, the score will be electronically transferred to the PTBC.

Step 6

PTBC issues license within 45 days of last fulfilled deficiency.
